Terms of Service

ListingDirectories manually submits your product to third-party online directories on your behalf. Each plan states the number of directories we aim to cover and the expected turnaround. You can see the exact list and live status of every listing in your dashboard.

We are not affiliated with the directories we submit to. They are independent websites and decide for themselves whether to accept, edit, delay or remove a listing.

We submit your listings, but we cannot guarantee that every directory will approve them, how long approval takes, how many visitors they send, or any change in search rankings, backlinks or sales.

Where a directory rejects a listing for a reason within our control, we will correct it and resubmit it.

You must give accurate information about your product and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to promote, the product, name, logo and images you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

We may refuse or stop work on products that are illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, malicious, or that break a directory's rules. If we refuse an order before starting, we refund it in full.

Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include taxes depending on where you live.

Our order process and payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem processes your payment, collects any tax due, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. We never see or store your card details.

Plan prices cover our submission work only. Some directories charge their own listing fee. These are not included in a plan. If you add prepaid listing credit, we spend it at cost on the paid listings you choose, and any unspent credit is refundable under our refund policy.

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy at /refund, which forms part of these terms.

You keep ownership of everything you give us. You allow us to use it only to prepare and submit your listings, to show your progress in your dashboard, and to operate the service.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost traffic, or for the actions of third-party directories.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Orders already paid for remain subject to the refund policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your dashboard. Orders you have already paid for are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
